Hamburger hot dish is a simple meal to make. It’s very very filling. And very very tasty!
I start mine with browning 1 lb hamburger in a large skillet, then use a strainer to drain the grease from the hamburger, and use a paper towel to wipe down the skillet
Chop some celery and onion and add to the hamburger, cook low/med heat on the stove
Cook rice and frozen veggies (corn, carrots, peas) according to their packages
Add cooked rice and veggies to the skillet
Add 1 or 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup (depending on your taste) and approx. 1/2 cup milk (add gradually until desired amount is reached in the skillet)
Serve with crunchy chinese noodles
(I like black pepper on mine)
