Delicious & Easy To Bake

I make peanut butter cookies all the time. They’re absolutely delicious!

Just one egg, one cup creamy peanut butter, one cup light brown sugar. Mix well. Then I roll the dough into balls and roll them in white sugar.

I add the kiss right as the cookies come out of the oven. (Bake 11 minutes at 350)
